The Third Generation WRX, opinions varied as to whether Subaru made the right move offering a hatch only at the same time as this massive "face lift", but the new car sales indicate that once again Subaru can’t put a foot wrong!
These cars were essentially a combination of the 07 WRX and 07 Liberty GT, what a combo! S&J have had the opportunity to tune so many of these cars. The MY09-MY10 WRX was the first ADM WRX ever to be factory fitted with an STI based Turbocharger, a variant of the MY07 STI VF43 exists on all MY09-MY14 WRXs as a standard item, this pushed the base power figure of the WRX up 26kw ATW, and subsequently the XA and XB kits reflect a further 25kw ATW improvement over the MY08 WRX with the same modifications.
